1. Digital Products Due to the nature of digital goods (such as downloadable files, source codes, templates, and software), all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products once the payment is completed and the download link is provided. If you face any technical issues with downloading or accessing the file, please contact our support team, and we will help you resolve the issue immediately.
2. Physical Products We accept returns and refund requests for physical products within 3 days of delivery, only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged during transit.
- You received the wrong item.
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- An unboxing video is strictly required as proof to claim a return or refund for damaged or wrong products.
3. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned physical item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be refunded directly to your original method of payment (e.g., Mobile Banking, Card, or Bank Account).
